A quick rundown of events:
He pretends to be the super and told us to give him our rent in cash
We saw him come home late one night with what appeared to be an elderly hooker
He now regularly has bevvies of clearly unrelated teenage girls (and a couple of boys) hanging around his apartment at all hours - he is at least mid-forties himself
